Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Everything sold on Kids Worksheet Co is a digital file. You download it
immediately after payment, so there is nothing to send back and no way for us
to take it back. For that reason our worksheet packs are not refundable once
the download link has been issued.

Please look before you buy. Every pack shows its page count, the age range it
suits, and sample pages from inside it. If you are unsure whether a pack is
right for your child, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly.

WHEN WE WILL PUT IT RIGHT

We will replace the file or refund you in full if any of the following happen:

  1. The file will not open, or downloads damaged.
  2. A page is missing, blank or printed wrongly in the file itself.
  3. You were charged more than once for the same order.
  4. You received a different pack from the one you paid for.

Email hello@kidsworksheetco.com with your order number and, if you can, a
screenshot of the problem. We reply within 2 working days and will either send
a working file or refund you, whichever you prefer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  1. Changing your mind after downloading.
  2. Buying the wrong pack by mistake, although we will usually swap it.
  3. Problems with your own printer, ink or paper.
  4. Not liking the style of the artwork, which you can see before buying.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually
takes 5 to 10 working days to show it.
