Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Kids Worksheet Co. By placing an order you
agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE

Kids Worksheet Co sells printable worksheet packs for children as digital
downloads. You can reach us at hello@kidsworksheetco.com.

2. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

You are buying a licence to use the files, not ownership of the artwork. The
worksheets remain our property. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include
any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. WHAT YOU MAY DO

1. Print the pack as many times as you like.
2. Use it with your own children at home.
3. Use it with the children in your own classroom.
4. Keep the file and print it again in later years.

4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

1. Resell, share or give away the files.
2. Upload them to any website, drive, group or file sharing service.
3. Pass them to other teachers or schools. Ask them to buy their own copy.
4. Claim the artwork as your own, or sell anything made from it.
5. Edit the files and present the result as a different product.

If you are buying for a whole school rather than one classroom, email us and
we will arrange proper permission.

5. DELIVERY

Your download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as payment is
taken, and the same link is emailed to you. If it does not arrive, check your
spam folder and then contact us. Nothing is posted, so there is no delivery
charge and no shipping address needed.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or
store your card details.

7. REFUNDS

Digital files are not refundable once downloaded. Our full refund policy,
including the cases where we will replace a file or refund you, is on the
refund policy page.

8. PRINTING

All packs are set up for A4 paper. If you print on US Letter, choose Fit to
Page in your printer settings. We cannot be responsible for how your own
printer reproduces colour.

9. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We take care that every pack is complete and correct. Beyond replacing a
faulty file or refunding what you paid for it, we are not liable for any other
loss.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order
is the one that applies to it.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
