This pack has 5 pages of pizza counting activities with a fun food theme. Each page shows several pizza circles with different numbers of red pepperoni spots to count. The pizzas are colorful and clearly drawn, with pepperoni arranged so children can count them fairly easily.
On the first page, children count the pepperoni on each pizza and match it to a word like Ten, Four, Six, Seven or Three by drawing a line. On the middle and final pages, children count the pepperoni and write the number themselves. The number words shown are different on each page, so children see numbers from Three to Thirteen.
The pages have a pizza border decoration all around, making the activity fun and on theme. This is good for young children learning to count to about 13 and beginning to recognize number words and numerals.
